📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Support and troubleshoot technical issues for teachers and students.
• Install, configure, and update software and applications to meet the school's needs.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the school's IT systems.
• Provide training and support to faculty and staff on the use of educational technology.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the IT systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and implement new solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with the school's leadership to develop and implement IT strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proven experience with network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
