📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of pharmaceuticals to our clients.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and quality checks to maintain the highest standards of product quality.
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including cost, lead time, and supplier performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pharmaceutical procurement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on procurement processes and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using procurement software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
