📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and multimedia content using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and HTML5.
- Collaborate with educators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to ensure learning materials meet educational standards and learning objectives.
- Optimize learning media for various devices and platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and accessibility.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the effectiveness and engagement of learning materials.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital learning and instructional design.
- Document and maintain learning media development processes and resources.
- Support the implementation and rollout of learning media across schools and institutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning media development processes and tools.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing interactive learning media.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and HTML5.
- Strong understanding of educational standards and learning objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
