📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital economy policies and strategies to drive regional growth and competitiveness.
• Oversee the development and management of digital infrastructure projects, including broadband internet, data centers, and cloud computing services.
• Foster collaboration with government agencies, private sector partners, and academic institutions to create a supportive ecosystem for digital entrepreneurship and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital economy initiatives on local businesses and communities, ensuring equitable access to digital resources and opportunities.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung in national and international forums on digital economy development.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of digital economy experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital economy development, and incorporate them into the province's strategic planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, digital economy associations, and international organizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital economy development, with a proven track record of success in policy formulation, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of the local context and commitment to inclusive growth.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with government agencies, private sector partners, and academic institutions.
• Familiarity with digital economy tools and platforms, such as e-commerce platforms, digital payment systems, and data analytics tools.
• Certification in digital economy development or related fields is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
