📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems across all C&W Services facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid system failures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for mechanical and electrical failures.
- Provide technical support to facility managers and staff.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical and electrical technology.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, with a focus on maintenance and operations.
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or mechanical safety (e.g., IWCF) is a plus.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems in commercial or industrial facilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
