📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and address equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of machinery and reduce maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (MMS) and computer-aided maintenance management (CAMM) software.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, and their respective troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid certification in industrial maintenance or related field (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg.
