📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Support and troubleshoot technical issues for teachers and students.
Install, configure, and update software and applications to meet the school's needs.
Ensure the security and integrity of the school's IT systems.
Provide training and support to faculty and staff on the use of educational technology.
Monitor and report on the performance of the IT systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and implement new solutions as needed.
Collaborate with the school's leadership to develop and implement IT strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Proven experience with network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
