📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement unique, personalized travel experiences that cater to diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with local partners, including hotels, tour operators, and cultural institutions, to create comprehensive and authentic itineraries.
• Utilize travel management systems and booking platforms to ensure seamless reservations and optimal pricing.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments and client expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their booking and travel journey.
• Manage and monitor the performance of travel experiences, gathering feedback to continuously improve offerings.
• Stay informed about local regulations, safety guidelines, and cultural norms to ensure all experiences are safe and respectful.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities to build brand awareness and partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on destination management or experience design.
• Proven track record of creating and delivering exceptional travel experiences.
• Strong knowledge of travel technology platforms, including but not limited to Booking.com, Expedia, and TripAdvisor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations, safety guidelines, and cultural norms in Bangka Belitung.
