📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage medical claims for our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with healthcare providers, insurers, and policyholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies in claims.
• Conduct regular audits of claims to identify any potential fraud or abuse.
• Maintain and update our claims database using our proprietary software, ClaimsPro.
• Collaborate with our team of dedicated professionals to ensure that all claims are processed in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry and implement any necessary changes to our claims processing procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our company's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a claims processing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the claims processing system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with our proprietary software, ClaimsPro, is a plus.
