Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring budget performance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the finance team in financial analysis and forecasting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial close activities, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Provide training and support to other team members on financial processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
