📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of innovative digital financial products, from concept to launch, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the fintech industry.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals and customer feedback.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement, making data-driven decisions to improve products and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating new innovations into our product offerings.
• Manage product budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
• Represent the product team in stakeholder meetings and presentations, communicating product vision and progress effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in fintech product development, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of digital financial services, including payments, lending, and insurance.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Certification in fintech or digital product development is a plus.
