As a Customer Experience Executive, you'll work closely with our team to deliver top-notch services, from cleaning and maintenance to repairs and installations. Your daily tasks will involve managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. With your expertise, you'll help us maintain our high standards and grow our customer base in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently using our CRM system, Salesforce.
• Coordinate with our service teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor our service teams on customer experience best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement customer satisfaction campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on customer experience metrics to senior management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with home services industry, preferably in Indonesia.
• Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
