📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the HRIS system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to drive improvements.
• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Collaborate with department heads to address employee relations issues and conflicts.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across all HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong background in strategic HR management.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
