📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and efficient.,Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions quickly and correctly.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and courteously.,Assist in stock management and inventory control, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.,Promote store products and services to customers, suggesting relevant items and offering discounts when applicable.,Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including the cashier area.,Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with store regulations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.,Good mathematical and computational skills, with the ability to handle cash and perform accurate transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.
