PT. KWANGCHEON KIM INDONESIA is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Finance (AR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment collection, and credit control.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.,Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and reconciliation.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to promote a positive financial image for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
