📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.,Analyze project data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve cost efficiency.,Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for senior management and clients.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost estimates are realistic and achievable.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, costing software, and best practices in cost engineering.,Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and cost engineers.,Participate in project reviews and provide cost-related feedback.,Ensure all costing activities are documented and recorded in the company's cost management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation and cost engineering, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of costing software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards relevant to the industry.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
