📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Manage and mentor a team of store employees, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with the regional office to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Promote the store and its products to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
