📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operations of the distribution network in the region, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and effectively to customers.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of Area Managers and Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Monitor market trends and competition, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the curve.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the team.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to help team members improve their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a distribution or sales organization.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.,Strong understanding of market trends and competition.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
