📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales activities.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
