📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
