Bengkel Hendra Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our restaurant, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and receipts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management team.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax requirements.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing.,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile statements regularly.,Assist in the preparation of payroll for the restaurant staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
