📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).,Create and manage social media content for Tech Leaf Corporindo's official channels.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.,Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Conduct A/B testing and optimize marketing campaigns for better results.,Generate regular reports on marketing performance and provide insights for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.,Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.,Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights.,Excellent communication and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends.
