📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maximized.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of branch activities.Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic initiatives.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.🛠️ Keahlian
