Sumber Yoga Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our coffee shop. Your strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations, including inventory control, ordering, and stock management.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and maintaining equipment.,Assist in the preparation of coffee and other beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.,Monitor and report on sales and operational performance to management.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Assist in special events and promotions, contributing to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
