📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of cafe equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and other kitchen appliances.,Develop and implement a maintenance schedule to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Work closely with the cafe manager to ensure that all maintenance needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the cafe's kitchen and equipment.,Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the cafe equipment industry, and recommend improvements to the cafe.,Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.,Provide regular maintenance reports to the cafe manager, including any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the cafe or restaurant industry.,Proven track record of successfully maintaining and repairing cafe equipment.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the cafe industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team.,Familiarity with common cafe equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and other kitchen appliances.,Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly and efficiently.,Willingness to travel to different locations within the cafe, as needed.
