GRID Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we get the best value for our money, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire procurement process, from identifying needs to finalizing contracts.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Manage supplier performance and ensure they meet our quality standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement activities align with business goals.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
