📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed.,Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.,Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and guidance to less experienced IT staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud services is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
