📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.,Report on business development activities and performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using business development software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
