📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and present business proposals and sales pitches to secure new contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and business development activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities and progress.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
