Web Shop Unggul is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. If you are passionate about finance and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Support the finance manager in financial planning and analysis.,Assist in the preparation of financial close processes.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Good understanding of financial reporting and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAP).Financial modeling and analysis skills.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Time management and organizational skills.
