📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the credit control process to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.,Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to identify and resolve any credit issues.,Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster trust and cooperation.,Develop and implement strategies to improve credit control processes and reduce delinquency rates.,Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on credit control metrics to provide insights for decision-making.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and compliance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
