📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store performance targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
