Space Pearl Jaya is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Pademangan branch and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pademangan branch,Manage a team of sales and customer service representatives,Ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the branch,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction,Maintain and improve customer relationships,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Develop and implement training programs for the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field,Proven track record in team management and leadership,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer needs
