📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and local laws.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.,Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the palm oil industry is a plus.
