📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement preventive measures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports.,Collaborate with management to ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in safety and health.,Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or manufacturing industry.,Certification as a Safety & Health Officer (SHO) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with risk assessment and management is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
