📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following food safety and quality control procedures.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure smooth production.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a bakery or restaurant.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Creative and innovative approach to pastry design and flavor combinations.,Familiarity with food costing and inventory management.
