Resto Krisna Fashion is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.,Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform business decisions.,Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to expand our brand's reach.,Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the fashion industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is advantageous.
